Use your purchase email to recover keys, choose a license and manage its activated devices.
Public purchasing and downloads are not open yet. This page explains the planned flow; the license service keeps checkout closed.
LICENSE RECOVERY
Recover keys and manage your licenses
No new purchase is needed. Verify your purchase email to select each license, copy its key, view devices and deactivate an old Mac.
Recover a key or switch Macs
- Verify your purchase emailEnter the email used for your purchase and its verification code on the website.
- Choose a licenseEach license has its own key and two device slots, even when purchased with the same email.
- Copy the key or deactivate an old deviceEnter the key in Sonano on your target Mac. Free an unused device slot when switching Macs.
One email, independent licenses
One email can own multiple licenses. Recover or manage your existing license first; explicitly choose “Buy another license” when you need an additional one. Each license has its own two-device allowance; slots are not pooled. If an order is uncertain, check that order before starting another purchase.
Recover keys and manage devices
Verify your purchase email on the management page, then choose a license to view or copy its key, inspect devices and deactivate an old Mac. Website verification does not activate this computer; App activation does not require email sign-in. Keep keys and verification codes private.

For Mac App Store purchases, use “Restore Purchases” in that edition and request refunds through Apple. Website licenses and Mac App Store purchases do not automatically unlock each other.
